    On the side of the Genesis to SNES adapter there is a composite out port. The output quality is really bad.

    I believe it's the same for the GBA to SNES version.

    The adapter the op is showing has nothing related with the ones above.
    The op's one allow to play imports, while the few aboves allow to play other console's games.

    Speaking of the Retro adapters, they actually just use power and controller from the actual SNES.
    Really crappy stuff. I own both :P
