This, comes with a monitor and everything i want, quad core, 640gb hdd, 4 gigs of RAM, Windows 7 etc. Just wondering how good the graphics card is, it's a NVIDIA GeForce 7100 integrated graphics card, i'm not too worried about it being intergrated, just wondering how good it is, can it run most games at near enough full speed, not gonna do any heavy gaming, have my PS3 for that, i only wanna play games like L4D, Shattered Horizons, Orange Box etc. Just some fun online FPS, but could the gfx card handle it well enough withoutlag? :|

My circumstances were a bit different than yours, but I had an Nvidia 7500 OEM card, and playing CoD 5 was incredibly laggy. You may be able to play Orange Box and L4D, but Shattered Horizon requires at least an 8800 GT.

The GeForce 7100 is a terrible GPU. I have a 7200gs and it can barely run Half-Life 2 at all low settings at a low resolution. I doubt you'd be able to run newer Source games (L4D, TF2, Portal) at an acceptable frame rate at all.
