Gaming Thief Simulator needs a online query to check if I can play the game or not

I'm completely banned by Nintendo services on my switch, so I installed the Thief Simulator game as nsp just to find out that after I selected my user, it said:
"Checking whether this software can be played..."
Without an internet connection, the switch complains that it wants to have an internet connection. If I give her this, I get only the message that I'm banned.
Can you somehow remove this annoying query from the nsp file?
