Hacking There is a way to build .CIAs from CDN without tickets ?

If you have a title ID, you can download a "TMD" file from CDN and then you can read this TMD to download another files like "00000000" , "00000001" ...

However some titles doesn't have a "cetk(CommonETicket)", for obvious reasons.

As far as I know, the CFWs, they dont need a valid ticket, so there is a way to build .CIAs without tickets or maybe create a "fake ticket" ?

Yeah, i'm kinda interested in that, apparently you can build Wii U games from the SDK, maybe it's tge same for 3DS.

Nope, because you need a titlekey inside the ticket to decrypt CDN content.

The titlekey doesn't come from nowhere. It need to be extracted and decrypted from the ticket. See 3dbrew for more info.
