Gaming Themes Help?

Yeah, so I've figured out the basics and how to use homebrew on my "unlocked" PSP, so now I need some help with themes.

I understand .ctf themes, they're so simple a technological caveman could do it. The problem I have is understanding all this flash0, .rco, .ptf or whatever other theme format is out there.

Could someone give a quick overview on how to install more advanced PSP themes?

Flash0 is flashing the themes straight to the PSP. However, this is dangerous as it might lead to a semi-brick.

What you need is CXMB.
