You can by building a Custom Theme with the exploit inside.

Music is loaded from the bgm.bcstm file. As far as I know, you cant compile it with music.

For installing custom music you just have to put bgm in the folder of themehax installer

I used linux, installed the compiler http://3dbrew.org/wiki/Setting_up_Development_Environment and followed the syntax on https://github.com/yellows8/3ds_homemenuhax
