Hacking Theme coding wrong?

Hiya, just a small help... I think.

I saw a really cute theme! However, it doesn't work - actually the pictures works just not the icons. The bottom screen are all white.

But the coding are wrong... I think... I checked with another themes, the coding begin with 'skin' but when I tried to change the word tokidoki to skin but it still didn't work.

that file is cute. Maybe Vivien misunderstood the naming of the title and author tags. I canot however understand a reason behind the issues.
