Hacking TheFloW releases h-encore write-up, partially patched by 3.69

TheFloW finally published his write-up for h-encore now that 3.69 is out and the main exploit has been patched. Pretty interesting read. Some takeaways:

Sony had done a good job at mitigating complex exploits but left some gaping holes in very basic functions.

A majority of the exploit chain is still usable.
