Theatrhythm FBL dlc help

I've downloaded the xci and the dlc files and the game has the premium deluxe whatever banner on the game, so I should have access to all the dlc as it releases but only the digital deluxe bonuses are there. I think the only way to access it is to go on the eshop and claim them through there, Is there anyway to circumvent this?

If you attempt to access the eShop while running non-OFW you will ban your Switch from online.
At this point if it's locked behind a release date, you will either need to wait until that date or mess around with your date and time settings (which I wouldn't recommend, causes issues with networking, etc)
