No man.i know this guide.i am asking how I can enter Hekate with a new SD card that is completely empty and the switch is modded with picofly.what file is needed?

You can load any payload you like, most of the people love to run hekate as their main payload, and from hekate chainload anothers payloads.

For start Hekate you only need to download it from the github repo, extract to the root of your console, and update the payload.bin with the hekatexxxxx.bin.

The latest Hekate can be used with a previous atmosphere or there
will be a version mismatch?

Yes, not recommended. (can causes issues)
