Have they even tried to reach out to youtubers that talk about these kind of things? Not that I think most dare after Nintendo killed at least one channel.

Are you talking about Nick Moses? He live streamed the initial sample which turned out to be just a "proof of concept"/rebranded MiG. Or Alien Retro Gaming, that channel disappeared, but he's been back for a couple months, starting with an explanation video that I'm watching now.

Edit: To summarise the video, he's back, Retro dropped from channel name, but won't be covering any Nintendo "fun" stuff.

It was Alien I ment. Nintendo been heavy handed with the hammer.

Because as far as I've seen, no one have talked bad about it. Just no one is sure if its a proper made product or if they just de-soldered the chips from the MigSwitch and put on their own PCB.
Since this is a new "market" with flashcarts. Of course people are gonna question it.

EDIT: Just so you know, a friendly remind if you wish to keep your YT channel. Nintendo have people on this forum, they probably read this thread daily.

It's comments like that make me think that unlockswitch is run by a group of unprofessional man babies. Btw, that is just my opinion and not that of gbatemp. But because of a few "mean"comments on this thread, everyone has to suffer wrath of unlock. Do you understand the difference and able to make that objective separation?

My guess is a reviewer from gbatemp will still review their product when it's widely available and won't let comments like yours or attitude of unlockswitch affect their judgement regarding review scores. Called being a professional

wait, they joined specifically to share that video, and chose a login to match the name on the video, then comes up with weird claims that unlock is saying anything about gbatemp besides what sounds like they're butthurt about not being a front page article yet. When called on that almost immediately and warned about the fact that nintendo is likely watching for people showing off the carts starts backpedaling that it's not their vid, and then ANOTHER brand new account now matching letter for letter the youtube vid comes in, not 20 minutes later than the original post saying they heard that someone was sharing their vid and are a troll...

Hey it could be a great product, I hope it is. Right now it’s a potential product offering. It’s not officially for sale and pre-orders are just that. Either Nintendo played a part in MiG distribution troubles or the demand was just overwhelming. With a product promising to be cheaper, I imagine demand will be even higher.

In their defence, they have said from the start they won't take pre-orders, so essentially telling customers to wait until they have proven themselves. I hope they don't think that sending samples to 30 random twitter accounts amounts to proving your product. They need to get some samples in front of respected community members, whether here or elsewhere.

No means the Ban is temporarily, the error is a generic one, could happen if the big N servers are TEMPORARILY offline but if the servers are online YOUR ARE PERMANENTLY BANNED.

Yeah there’s no such a thing as a temporary ban anyone in the past claiming I was temporarily banned or I am banned but can still download game updates was confusion from the claimant. Soon as you try accessing any online activity and you receive a box with a message in it, it’s a total ban unless the message is saying you need to run a firmware update or turn off flight mode setting anything else is a ban you might get an eshop maintenance message but only when accessing eshop. I suggest do what I ended up doing buy a Switch Oled because they are beautiful too use and buy your games off eshop legitimately there are some really good games worth playing online
