I don't know about the E-Shop, but on wikipedia it said a physcial release is in North America.
But who say's it's gonna be DoA?
He also stated in his tweet that he maybe like people making baseless statements, so i think he's trolling by favoriting that tweet

It should also be known he favorited a tweet where someone guessed Pilotwings. Obviously thats not the game because its in all regions on eshop.
That would logically cast doubt on DoA as well.

Wololo seems to have info that it's also exactly one region eshop vs smea saying it was available in "not all regions", implying 1-2 regions amongst 3. Wololo tends to have good connections so I'll take his word as fact.

So to reiterate:
1. old
2. ~$5-7
3. 1 region out of US EUR and JPN

My guess is Cubic Ninja ftr. It meets those criteria and it has a QR editor that uses compression.(smea uses a compression hack in his last exploit). It has one eshop region, JPN. It is very cheap, it can be had for $5 online shipped. It was released in Summer 2011, pretty ancient indeed.
