Um...betwiin re-encrypts a nand dump with another wii's key set. Settings Replace is for people who uninstalled their system menu then reinstalled it, to fix a missing settings.txt file.

You can't use it to restore another wii's dump if that's what you're thinking. You need betwiin for that.
