Hey guys,
I've been searching on how to obtain articuno, zapdos and moltres on cerebi.net.
It said that you must obtain '16' badges.How's that possible? I mean there's only 8 badges.
Furthermore from what i read, latios/latias , can only be obtainable by the WI-FI event and it's impossible to get it from where i live.
So the only way for me to get the event pokemon is by using cheat codes?Thanks in advance

PS: 'As with FireRed & LeafGreen, after you have earned all the KANTO badges, you will gain access to the Cerulean Cave'.Does this meant its impossible to get mewto if i'm playing soulsilver?

you are an idiot, they mean get all 8 Johnto and all 8 Kanto badges totalling 16

- I don't know about the Cyndaquil, but...

- Cheated Pkmn CAN be on GTS; I've seen it plenty of times before. However, the Squirtle you received is perfectly normal -- Tackle is a standard move, while Brine and Ice Beam are both TMs that can be taught to it (or bred into it, if it was birthed).

- If you capture all the Unown... a special "new" room will unlock somewhere in the ruins, which will allow you to capture the ? and ! shaped Unown... To the best of my knowledge, that's what happens. Otherwise, they're just for collectors and/or a "side quest" for completing the game.

UGghhhh. And me and this game were getting on so well...

Why the fuck did they even put latios in this game when it's so funking IMPOSSIBLE to catch it!!? I haven't tried those 2 dogs yet... But if it's the same story i'll be tempted to cheat :x.

Is it really that tough to find? Doesn't it show up on the Pokegear map, like the roamers did in D/P/Pt on the Marking Map?

I can find it just fine. I wish that was the problem. It's just trying to catch the flipin' thing. Don't wanna use my master ball on it either.

Any tips?

dont be lazy and go to cherrygrove, you can train there... or wait... maybe... and just MAYBE... if you are near in cherrygrove... you can visit the house of MR.Pokemon and talk to him, im sure he will be pleased to see you

be more specific... wich evolves you want from those eevees?

Which version do you have?
If you have HeartGold, you need to defeat all the Gym Leaders, receive the Rainbow Wing from the Director (Goldenrod Radio Tower director), and defeat all the Kimono women. They'll give you some special bell, which in turn will summon Ho-Oh.
If you have SoulSilver, however, all you need is the Rainbow Wing; you get it at Pewter City [in Kanto] from an older gentleman citing atop a small hill-ledge in the city. Can't miss him.

There is 2 entrances for this cave, the principal one (on the left, accessible by surfing on the south of Fuchsia city) who lead in the cave itself, and the secondary one (right one) where you can find ladders to the Gym. If you want to access the second entrance, surf from the south of Cinnabar Island to the east. You can also access to the Gym by the principal entrance of the Seafoam Islands : enter in the cave, take the stairs, push the rock on the right and climb the ladders. Continue and jump over the "fence" and climb the ladders. Go to the right and push the rightmost rock to access and climb the stairs. Now climb the ladders, and voilà

it's a hard one to find, it's hidden in the cave somewhere (used walk trough walls in the (J) rom cos i was bored).
you might want to look at serebii.net it's a major pkm site with quite some walktroughs.
