So guys, something touchy I've been meaning to ask.... How long-lived will this show be, tops? Just asking for opinions here, no need for massive arguments, or logic behind it, just looking for speculation.

Im gonna bet that a majority of the fandom will diminish if the series gets worse, or if they stop making episodes...

But they have potential to make it keep rolling akin to pokemon.

Regardless of what happens, chances are there will always be a hardcore crowd, so if they count, till they're dead :/

Personally, I see the show hitting 4 seasons (100 or so episodes), tops. Don't think there's much of a point to continue beyond that, IMO. It's not that I dislike the show, but there's no kidding that some bronies are deluded to think that it's an everlasting experience.

Oh, and FTR: I managed to upgrade the Zalgo Twi I was working on by finding a HQ version of the same picture. Want?

Well, in the latest interview with Princess Celestia's voice actress, she confirmed she was busy recording season three, so at least that many.

But, yes, I don't think Pony will last forever, and I'm sure I will eventually find something else to obsess over, but until then I'll enjoy the show and the fans as much as possible.

I think it will get as big as spongebob and probably suffer the same fate in the long run. Having the writers run out of ideas and making some really stupid stuff that makes it to air. going by that logic I give it around 3-5 seasons before it turns to mush.

Right now the current season simply seems like a heavy hitter @_@

*shudders* I hope not. I don't want another Spongebob situation going on. It's best to end the show like UK shows: short, on a light note, and no quality dips.

That said, another two or three seasons would sit quite alright with me.
