easiest way is use the windows calculator like blade suggested

just make sure DEC is is ticked and you key in 39
after that ticked HEX.. and that is the value you want

or

there are calculators available around the Internet.. use them

i think the emucheate values is when you use the program it self then change the dex value then there's this codes/numbers such as when you put "9999" it'll come out as 270f or something.. correct me if im wrong 0_0

This code:
CODESuper Easy EVing! First, press L+R. You'll have 255 Heart Scales. Subtract the Heart Scales to the value you want...
So for example, after you subtracted a number it became 128.
Feed a vitamin, lets say a Protein to one of your Pokemon, it will instantly gain 128 EVs in attack!
Then press L+R again and repeat with another stat.

Then discard until you have 6 Heart Scales to give the last EVs in Attack/HP for those Pokemon.

It's simple and fast. No hex conversions needed either.

BTW, while testing this code, I discovered something interesting.
This code also modifies the EV Reducing Berries (Pomeg and the like).
They have the exact same effect as the modified Vitamins.
Yes, this means that feeding your Pokemon an EV Reducing Berry can make their stat go UP. Wild, isn't it?

Haven't tried Pokemon codes in the database yet. I have orig Pokemon diamond so I use NitroHax to activate my Pokesav codes...

somehow i thought it was 0=0 1=1 3=2.. thenA=9? confusing, lol.
i'll die too, i'll guess.

it's just like our decimal system, exept it has numbers until F unlike ours that has numbers until 9
but, just use the calc, although... ones you understand hex, u can begin understanding codes
I'm not saying you should know how to count in hex, just know wath it is...
