let us hope it won't just confuse the noobs on wath file they need...

well it's not that hard now is it?? using R4cce it's just pressing delete around 200 times... u could be done in a day..

I think removing all the (G) (J) games from the cheat database would help free up some space if there are any, or have a (U)(E) only dat file would help but thats just more work for the database editor

I'd pay a yearly subsciption fee to just get a dat file of (U)(E) only in it!!! hopefully not terribly expensive but could be a money maker if someone would do it. Just email weekly the new dat file to subscribers

The only issue with separating the codes into regions and releasing separately is that some people have a mix of all three of them (myself included in that), thus they would have to keep swapping the cheat files on their cards depending on the games region they wanted to play.

That said it doesn't effect me as I don't have an R4 or one of its clones (CycloDS FTW) That said though, if it was taken on board and Narin started just releasing each region then I would be a bit miffed due to the fact that people cannot be ar$ed to delete the codes themselves

For those who remember I used to unofficially convert Rayder's database over to the CycloDS

you could also get a second micro sd card and keep the ue on one and the other on the other card. (memory card if you use an r4)

i play japanese games all the time, i can't understand whats being discussed but i try ot make it through games without reading

so i know how you feel, i don't cheat on the japanese games mainly cause i'm not sure what i'd be cheating on since i have no clue whats going on sometimes

Narin, The new games that you added, PLZ, Put them at the top, or the back of the list, cuz When some cheats are not appearing, you must delete cheats you dont want. Because of this, you need to Find games you dont like in the list and delete them. But if you place new games and the updated ones to the top or the bottom, guys like me with that problem would just update their own selection insted of creating a new one everytime. THX in advance

PS: If not, I will stop being lazy and everytime just search the list for new or updated games and add them, but that´s sooo much work...

What you are asking is impossible, the codes are entered via region (US/EU/JP) as well as Alphabetical order. the only solution is to use the r4cce mentioned in a lot of the recent posts and delete the ones you dont need. It's really not that hard, I think Curly even did a guide on how to use it, so there is no excuse really

BTW: Thought it would work if you didnt sort the codes after adding them.

lol so the olympic games are still going and i just tried out the new international track and field game (u). it plays like mario and sonic at the olympic games but with different characters. how come no codes for the track and field game narin?

kodewerx has the (E) codes but no (U). =/

I have a question... why do none of the new cheats work? It says some were added for FFIV, Arkanoid, etc. etc.

Yet, the only ones that are showing up are the ones that worked with the first version of the file I used. I think I need to delete a file or something to "reset" my cheat list, but I don't know how that's done. Any help? Thanks

Forgot to add, I'm using a CycloDS Evo. All I did was delete my old user.evoCheats and replace it with the new 8_12_08 user.evoCheats file. But like I said... only the ones from my OLD file work... very strange o.O

Delete the old cheat files from the card and copy over the new ones. Either that or use EvoCheatUp or other such homebrew or applications to update the cheat files.

Yeah, already tried deleting the old files and replacing them with the new user.evoCheats. No luck there. I guess when I get back from running errands I'll try EvoCheatUp, although I never used a homebrew yet. Hopefully that does it for me.

I guess, An easier way to get those cheats up is to just sort the files by country and most of them should show up.. Like the E and the U but the J probably wouldnt.. I dont know.. Just someone let me know if by separating the files it has fixed the problem because if it has thats our solution..

But i know people like having cheats for J as well but I dont know how to find a solution for that.. For now, The solution I made is probably best for people who want to play TWEWY and Yu-Gi-Oh with cheats..
