It's the same probably other people have been having with games at the bottom of the alphabet not having cheats show up (like TWEWY) because there are too many codes in the file for your particular card to detect. You need to edit the cheat file with the cheat editor to get rid of unnecessary codes for games you don't use to make them show up again.

i edited the cheats and took off all the j,e,d games
then the world ends with you cheats showed up but brothers in arms never did
whats up?
and i accidentally deleted Final fantasy xii revelant wings so do i have to add the codes again
cuase i dont want to delete all the j,e,d games again it took forever

A possible solution for the R4 yu-gi-oh problem would be:

a.- wait for a new firmware
b.- release the cheat dats divided. The cheats for Games 0001 to XXXX could be located in CHEATS.DAT, and for XXXX to YYYY in USRCHEAT.DAT

its just an idea. I dont have time right now, but I think it could work, right? :S

the reason why it doesnt show up is there is too many games in the cheat file
the r4 cant handle all the cheats there is just too many games and cheats on the file
so you can try to edit the cheat file

try to delete all the jap and eur games or games u dont play

For all those playing FFIV, I added in a neat little code, it allows you to play as Golbez! The code is somewhat glitchy but he can join your party as a playable character and can be used in battle!

For those having problems with some games not showing up like Yu-Gi-Oh its due to a bug/limit in your flashcart (R4, M3 Simply, ect) and you have two options. You can either get a new flashcard that doesn't have a buggy cheat system and have a limit for the number of cheats and games it displays or edit the cheat file manually and either move the games you want the cheats for to the top of the list or delete the games you don't need. I have updated the first post to contain a working link to a R4CCE tutorial by Curley to edit the cheat files.
