Don't really understand you, the files should be named according to their ROM number. You can find which ROM corresponds to which game here:

I think I know what yuxuan is saying because I have the same problem. When I unzip the file, I get all these A2DE_77dad131.scc files.

I think there's no way to tell what cheat file that is for, so at the moment, I am sticking with my trusty numbered 0001.scc (etc)

May I humbly request that you change the filename to yy-mm-dd instead? It makes it easier to sort the files (because year will be sorted first, then month, then day). Currently you have mm-dd-yy which makes it quite difficult.
