I'm using the urscheat.dat file on my DSTT and the cheats for MegaMan Star Force 2 SerkerXSaurian are not appearing. Help please!

Narin, I'm having problem with a cheat for Pokemon Diamond (U). The Wild Pokemon / Encounter - L+R (heart scales) cheat will give me the 493 heart scales, but when I hold LEFT and encounter a pokemon, they are still random. This cheat used to work for me about a month ago, but isn't now. I've checked the XML and it looks OK. Any clues?

BTW, I am using your latest cheat file for the CycloDS. Thanks.

EDIT: Another note. The LVL 100 Encounter codes seem to work fine. I just prefer the standard modifier cheat so that I capture them at the lvl appropriate for where they were captured.

Pardon my ignorance, but how would I determine who wrote it? Like I said in my post. It is an old cheat that used to work. It may even be a CycloDS Evolution specific solution, depending on how they are compiled.

Evo Firmware 1.4 Stable. The cheat also doesn't work under 1.41b2.

@Suiseiseki, what flashcart r u using? The only thing I'm getting out of the "Super Race Modifier Code" is nothing...no freezes, no effects, whatsoever... I'm using M3REAL.

Nah, its too hard to port, I've already read the tutorial on how to do that and its hopeless until there is at least one cheat that doed the same thing in the (j) version, try asking on Kodewerx thay usually have ambitious people who will crawl the net.

do you have the link to the tutorial? I would want to try to learn on how to port codes.

To add to this: Cheats for some games appear, others don't. Other games that codes don't appear for apart from MegaMan are Phoenix Wright 1 and Ninja Gaiden. Am I doing something wrong?

are u sure that's the only code you used?? All Tasks Completed seems to cant buy or enter any new quests..

Narin - The Wild Pokemon cheat problem is CycloDS Evo related. Just downgraded to 1.31 and it works perfectly. I'm going to take it up with them.

With all due respect, the code descriptions on the Auction Codes for FFTA2:GotR (U) are not very clear. What exactly does each one do?

with the FFT2A "All tasks have been completed" code enabled, you basically get stucked in the game..you cant get any new quests, can't enter quests that's already been opened..basically, it makes the game unplayable....

should be something like

Highest price during auction (Press L+R) = Highest Auction Amount
Auction our chips = # of Auction Tokens you have
The other coin auction = # of Auction Tokens others have
The auction for the whole integration = Full Points in Auction
All awards will be auctioned = All Auction Awards

really? I am having no problem w/ it... ive done RTS and RTL w/ FFTA2 dozens of times... using 1.4 stable and using the (E) version of the rom.. maybe thats why.

It's super hard playing career mode and beating the players, especially when training is locked until you're a certain rank.

WHY DO WE HAVE TO KEEP SAYING. DON'T REQUEST CODES!

Probably because in the O.P. Narin only simply says: QUOTEDo not repeat yourself. Simply make your request once and thats it. Theres no reason to make a hundred posts requesting codes for a certain game or requesting a certain code.

P.S. Stop policing this thread. You may think you're a champion of justice but you AND Curley are just as annoying as the people who are requesting codes, and you're actually doing less for the thread than they are, since Narin is nice enough to apparenlty listen to at least some requests, and your constant stream of "don't request codes" is doing nothing but clogging this thread up. If saying "DON'T REQUEST CODES" would work, it would have worked some time during the past ~5 GBATemp codes megathread.
