ROM Hack the mysterious BYAML. File extension

Hi Guys
Do anyone have any knowledge of how you can open a BYAML. File, and see the content inside. Is there perhaps a way we could convert them to bcsv files or what could we do :-)?

I have already looked at it. EFE can already read them, but I still have to make a viewer.

IIRC, you can export to yaml by going to File->Save As. But I am not sure.
