I wonder when Microsoft is going to start banning specific commit hashes from being pushed when DMCAs happen. It would be an increadly effective way to stop the trivial cases of "just push to a new repo".

that seems like to much work. Hashes can be changed very easily be changed by simply adding a dummy file that changes the overall hash. (if your talking about the same hash im thinking.)
