Interestingly tho, women have like 10% more STDs than men in the USA

gap of about 3 million - interesting women have 2x the rate of herpes and higher rates of chlamydia. I think it's mostly because these 2 STDs tend to infect women more easily due to anatomy/biology

same reasoning why circumcised guys get less STDs, cut off the thin friable mucous membrane and the underlying tissue keratinizes - voila you've got a hardy tissue left over that's less susceptible to STDs

At least anecdotes I've read from guys who got circumcised as adults seemed to say they couldn't notice much difference
