I was going to suggest Drawn To Life but with photos instead of hand drawings, merged into your character.
So assuming you're taking pics of corresponding parts, your character would look like something out of Angela Anaconda.

But of course everyone's first character would be a giant penis walking on testicles (I admit nothing).

But with the rapid advances in AI art, I can imagine a game in a not so distant future that trawls your social network contacts and generates characters based on their photos.

Or if it's a horror game, train the AI on photos of your contacts to create intimately terrifying visions, or unholy masses of limbs and flesh and familiar faces crawling after you, like that one CGI short by Oats Studios.
