I wonder if the Just Cause games are like that because Square Enix has had all of their storywriters arguing over working on Kingdom Hearts.
Seriously, I swear the Just Cause games (especially 3 and 4) are just missing something. They're fun, but they feel like they're not quite as good as they should be.

    @SylverReZ find me ONE community that is free of drama and politics. even video games forums (like this one) have politics section. and for some reason gamers still take consoles/brands wars seriously. even as a kid i never took the console wars bait despite being a nintendo kid.
