The max money code for Etrian Odyssey is the cause of the corrupted save. The max TP codes for individual characters work, but it won't keep the TP at 999, it will just decrease to the regular points with the max at 999. I also can't get the full HP/TP/cure cheats to work. (Both press select and press B)

Oops....missed that one. What do you recommend...should I remove the code or just put a warning on it that it WILL (or may) corrupt your save?

You find the cheats, he just puts them in the dat.IIRC he has already put Mystery Dungeon (U) codes in.

Open the Cheat.xml in an editor and remove the cheats mentioned in the readme and save it. Then open it in the Cyclo Cheat Editor and save it as Cyclo Cheat file. Drop the created file into the CycloDS directory on your microSD.

Maybe this explanation should also go into the readme cause it's asked a lot lately (me including last week

).

This may be a silly request, but are there any invincibility or unlimted lives codes for Barnyard blast. That game is harder than it looks.

Its not all that hard or time consuming, I use Stylus Studio to edit the xml file each time (takes a few seconds) save it out and then open it with the Evo cheat editor, just hit save and its done. Doesn't even take a minute

TBH its no big thing really, after all Rayder does all the hard work of maintaining the R4 database and exporting it to other formats, he doesn't have to

I think you should delete it, because there's another cheat that sets your money to 500,000 if you press L+R. As for the TP codes, I'm going to try to find one that gives infinite TP, not just max.

Even with just a good hex/text editor with some habilities it takes just a minut to edit and move to Evo tool. Thanks Rayder for the shared work and HAPPY BIRTHDAY ... 40 is a golden age ... just keep it up

I found a better alternative. Press L+R for full/max TP in battle is working quite well. It will reset when out of battle though. I don't think it's a big problem because most healing spells won't use up a lot of TP.

can we not just drop the xml cheat file ontoour cyclo ds evo's as it comes in the zip file?

do we really need to delete those cheat codes for the cyclos is it okto do what i said above and not just activate those cheats for those games?

No, it cannot be dropped on the cyclods as is, as this is explained in the readme, the ones that need deleting contain more than 127 codes (the limit for CycloDS) if you try and import them then the Evo Cheat Editor will not import it. It also need to be re-exported from the cheat edit for the evo to use it (naming conventions)

sigh i tried to install the EvoTools-1.0-BETA2 and i get a virus alert on install from Avast! i dont think it lets me install it?

anyone else with Avast getting same on that?

Just looked on cylo forum and it had a post about this saying it was not a virus but it got locked as people started to talk about anti virus :S lol

so thats no help there then as i cant uninstall it just to install this evotools, anyone care to help?

OMFG this EvoTools-1.0-BETA2 is really pissing me off now, i turned virus scanner off installed it, then i turn virus scanner on and open folder and it starts saying its a trojon, i click ignore and open evo cheats prog and up pops the bloody zonealarm but odd thing is mouse cursor dispeared so i cant press allow or deny (found if i pressed window button i could allow or deny) well if i press allow it seems to only go and freeze my taskbar right up so i cant access it and it also freezes the evo cheats prog too sigh i have never had so much trouble before for such a simple little program :S


Rayder if you could please would you make the alterations to the cylo xml cheat file so it would be a drag and drop onto cyclo card please? as i am bit annoyed with the cyclo bs EvoTools-1.0-BETA2 problem, the cyclo card is great except for this little problem.

You still would have to load the .xml in the Cyclo Editor and then save it as Cyclo-specific Cheat file.

and maybe EXP codes or faster lvl up? but not lvl 99 directly...
