Homebrew The GBA DS Application

For a short time, there was an available aplication on the homebrew downloads section about GBA Emulator for the DS. I was one who downloaded it. I was just wondering, how do you make it work and how come it ids not available anymore? Was that just a 100% scam?

It was a working application, but all it did was boot Advance games on the second slot. I think it was removed because it was misleading, and no-one could get it to work.

It had a function? I cant even seem to make it boot my GBA Games, what a bummer, it was a very interesting scamanyway!
