I've decided to just copy/paste the relevant section from the IRC. I find the discussion interesting in that it talks about the difficulties in maintaining NTR, so I just wanted to share.

<cell9> ntr.o3ds.bin should be build with -Os
<cell9> ntr.n3ds.bin should be built with -O3 (which increases the file size but much faster)

So, let me get this straight, from what I'm reading...

He got a toolchain.... customised it.... then put it in another toolchain.... and linked to both?

Excuse me while i take some Comically over-sized asprins.... i dont know jack all about programming but trying to understand just what cell did.. oowwww. right up there w/ a nasty No-No w/ Networking (Router -on-router-on AIO Modem gateway... *curls in corner in pain*
