I worry about the context of this .gif or what these mechanical arms are supposed to be.
The context is from the Netflix show, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power. The character is best girl, Entrapta, I don't fully remember the context to the little robot arms since that was in season 2 (I think the last episode of season 2,) but I can say the gif is completely SFW.
