Actually now that I think of it some more, it probably doesn't fall under fair use because adding the song didn't add anything of significant meaning

You can't really flag only one video for Running in the 90s, considering how there are THOUSANDS that do it. It sounds more like it was flagged for the anime depicted instead as the studio apparently has some weird legislation on a couple of it's series...
