Hacking the channel can not be used

i just installed a ntsc wad of family glide hocky on my pal wii, and ran wanins nand injector to force it to pal, but when i load the game it black screens with 'the channel can not be used' no matter how quick i press reset

has anyone seen this before?

oh and region changing the wad makes it black screen, so thats no use either

I'm having the same problem Harmonix, I've got preloader .29 region free channels switched on and ios60patched installed and it still won't work

Looks like some games are just not working. I have the problem with Ninja Gaiden Arcade VC, it makes the Wii reset to System menu. When I change the region to PAL it blackscreens.

I´m on a PAL Wii with NTSC video out changed with AnyRegion Changer.

For some games its ok to change video out to PAL but this one... wont work.
