Others are just different cards (sometimes clones of DIFFERENT cards) with an R4 label.

One of which is the R4i Gold. Even if you go with this one, make sure that the one you get is compatible with WoodR4. Some online retailers will specify whether their product is Wood compatible; some versions of R4i Gold are not.

Anyway, the best R4 clone I've ever seen is...um...R4i Gold? I dunno, I only know about Revolution, Ultra, and Gold, and out of them I vote Gold.
Any Acekard2i that was bought online but when shipped is found out to be an R4i Gold. It's not as good, but if it can run AKAIO (albeit 1.8.2), I'd be okay with it.
