Are they slow or shouldn't these DMCA shutdowns kinda be able to shut down any iso site quite fast?
Or is it a great area in some places?

The difference is that the major romsites, like the paradise one, actively host copyrighted material most likely without permission, while the forums/subreddits are only link aggregators on which anyone can register for and link something - and pointing to "illegal" material is almost universally less frowned upon than actively distributing it

The DMCA itself is only American, although some foreign sites like Mega adopt similiar "takedown first, ask later" policies hoping to not become excessively at war with the Mafiaa and friends. (Despite the full name of the DMCA, it has rather little to do with copyright - it's more a para-copyright to further strip media/software consumers of rights)

I will admit none of them are as nice and clean as that chaos site is/was but I also want to add that it was kind of lame due to requests not being done in a timely matter (but crap happens sure) I mean a whole month and nothing requested for a common game was fulfilled shame too because it's not on any of the others.

You forgot that torrent(s) site. Tons of Cia's and roms out on some private sites.

I've only been there once... and as soon as it loaded a fucking pop up appeared so i just went like "YEET" and left and went to that "NICO" site (Is that its nickname? eh whatever...)
