Hey I just wanted to say thank you for all the hard work you guys put into this! I have finally gotten the backup launcher to work successfully and I owe it all to this website. I was having trouble with the error 324 but I got it sorted out after searching and trying all the solutions. For anyone having the same issue, getting some Verbatim DVD-R's solved my problem, so I highly recommend getting those to get it working. Once again, thank you and good luck in the future!
