Text bubble won't go away (Chrome)

Hi there, I just recently had this problem just for a minute now, and I was browsing this website when I hovered on something, and then a text bubble popped up that said "Recent changes in pages linked from this page [alt-shift-k]".

I tried pressing Alt+Shift+K, wouldn't work.
I tried looking up the phrase on Google, wouldn't work.
I tried hovering over links in Wikipedia, wouldn't work.
I tried closing and reopening the tab with the text bubble origin, wouldn't work.

Is there a fix to this other than closing the browser?

It's OK now, I found the problem was with a Wikipedia tab on another Chrome window, and the text bubble disappeared upon I clicked on the tab.
So no need to answer now.
