Well it's up and down. That's the main problem. I need to comment a lot of stuff. And since I usually work alone it's pretty tough to do both coding and commenting while keeping on quickly updating.
 
There's an elf file that you can use to build the cia. And I can't test CIAs since I don't have a CFW or emuNAND or a firmware < 9.2.
Anyway I would rather get a new 3DS than wasting time with CFWs. it's actually cheaper to buy another 3DS than paying for a 100 euros flash cart for 3DS games.

Known bugs:
  • Blocks that are out of screen draws in the opposite side (up->down)
  • Colors doesn't match the PNGs attached in gfx folder
Changes:
  • Fixed exit bug
  • Fixed writing high scores in highScores.bin
  • Removed some debugging text that I forgot to remove

feature request (when/if you have time) add quick drop and sonic drop (quick = down, sonic=up) if you don't know what sonic drop is it's basically where you hit up and the piece is transported to the bottom faster than if you hold down, but you can move it while it's coming down at that speed, this would be great :) I'll try to help you with your PNG problem too

try this, it's a new set of gfx, compile and try with the v 0.21 source :) hope it helps, (I'd compile and test but touchscreen is broken :()

@Wolfy Well I had hard time figuring out why it wouldn't work but it works fine. :)
I know what you mean @dark_samus3. And thanks for the gfx I'll have a look at this.
I actually just compiled it lol (still can't test) I'll post the build here

Also I think I see the problem with the color issues without my new gfx... and the rotation issue possibly, wish I could test
