Continuing the tradition of porting minigames to the DS Massif over at gbadev has released Tetra master DS, a port of the minigame that came with final fantasy 9.

Now for those who didn't play FF9 , what is Tetra Master , is it like memory or something ? Oo

no its more like othello with stats. you play cards and the aim is to have control of most of the cards. You gain control when your card beats an opponents and they do the same to you. The cards also have directions to show where they attack and defend.

Wow, I just figured out what QFT meant. I can't wait to put this on my card, I loved FF's card games (hey I love card games) TT was awesome too but I liked this one more, perhaps it was because I played it more but despite getting a guide for the game that explained this, I'm sure there was some degree of luck involved in flipping the cards because sometimes you could just never tell. Regardless thanks for sharing the news, I've almost got more homebrew than roms at the moment, I like where this is going.
