Gaming Terraria 3ds dumping help

Okay so i have a friend who just bought terraria from the eshop so can somebody tell me how to dump it so he can share it

He needs to have kernel access if he wants to dump the Exheader.
If he doesn't, he can just dump the RomFS and ExeFS using braindump and throw those at people.
