Temp Shoutbox down?

Welp i got the msg that i can't get on the shoutbox, dunno why that happened so i guessed that p1ng banned me again ;O; but it seems that i'm not the only one who can't access it.
Is something going on?

EDIT:My second guess is that p1ng is forcing us to use I.R.C for chatting ;O;
