Hacking Team Xecuter, and a possible (pointless) concern?

As I said in another thread about this elusive product.
Supposed Drm, extremely lacking of product details, asking for pre-order money and all we have to go by is a 34 second video of XT installing their software and scrolling through games.... you be the judge. Just seems a tad shady to me. I don't care if they have been around for 15 years, I don't put my eggs in one basket so easily. I'll let you guys be disappointed before I waste money on something in the home brew scene just because it has branding. At least have the decency to tell us everything the product does if youre going to charge $50 for it. Terrible marketing or shady company? Who knows..I'm not sold or hyped one bit. Too old for that shit

Ok im gonna clear this up and then I'm out of this thread...

Team Xecuter isn't hiding anything just protecting their product. Details will be fully released right before or right at the time of released.. Anyone who has actually been in a few scenes or pays attention to what goes on in them knows how often things get leaked or details get released to early and then suddenly a Chinese or other crap knock off comes on the market. Team Xecuter and all other businesses like them follow the same practice. Nothing shady just normal practice.

Team Xecuter isn't asking for pre-orders because they don't take orders. Third-party distributors(resellers) buy bulk from Team Xecuter (Wholesaler) and ask for pre-orders in advance for an estimation of demand of the product. So again nothing shady just normal practice.

As for this whole DRM whining...Team Xecuter isn't just some kid in the basement of his mom's house writing code and hacking things. Nor, are they just some random person hacking things on their spare time. They spend quite a bit of money to produce a quality product. They are a legit business that gets most of it's revenue from it's products. DRM would be, again, another standard practice.

I hope this clarifies some of the speculation a lot of people are having with Team Xecuter. If not...then just ignore. I wanted to write more to help give an understanding, but stupid checked in and took my care away lol.

You know - them Xecuter are jsut not saying stuf, because - you know, the cheap knock off vendors, wouldnt like you to find out whats actually their featureset, because they would make it same - right over night, yo!

And you know - them DRM, and them not saying how they will handle interactions from updates to which state your device is in - and what proprietary blobs get installed where, and how their license sceem works, and if you'd have to fork over your Switches serial number, and what "software only" licenses mean, you know babe - them just doing that, because they are in they business for so long, you really can trust them - and look

it so cheap, and first day....

I mean - somehow this forum shifted into full unfounded promotion mode, with seemingly 20 new accounts littering praise all over the premises here - in a "listen to me - here is what you need to not know" modality... its actually almost disturbing...
