So TX’s OS isn’t stable?

I’m glad I haven’t pre ordered it yet..
what? no no no let's have it put this way. do you think the Nintendo switch's v1.0 update it launched with was stable? no it was not they come out with new updates to fix things add things.
what he is saying that if they hacked the v1.0 sx os when they come out with a newer fw (lets call it 2.0 for now) it will add new things to the cfw such as custom icons or custom apps.
so when the new updated ver of this fw comes out then it would have to be re-hacked just for the ones how used the hack of the hack.

I think they know piracy is going to happen, why delay the inevitable. Sure piracy is wrong, but whats worse? Making people pay for piracy.

I think if it comes down to taking the money aspect out of the equation, they will do it.
But they will open the world of easy piracy for all, if they release it I am happy either way, its just v1 and the open source wont copy that they are "honorable" lol , but at least I could use it until my dongle arrives

they will never release it since they are so very against piracy.
By the keys they are posting they are already releasing it if you know what your doing.... Just depends how many layers of encryption. After enough keys its pretty much setting a boolean to always be true. Or of not that we will be able to see how the keys are generated.

Yeah, I think that's naehrwert's stance on this situation. They'd rather not see an outfit like TX make money from piracy.
