Emulation Tales of hearts DS ENG patch

Hi there,
I hope someone can explain to me to understand the following website explanation. What to do..
There is no ENG patched version of this game, I think. but I found a website which have translated some parts of the game. Need help from someone who have experience understanding this.

Get the Japanese rom, then apply the xdelta patch. It says it includes the the app to patch it.

It has a patch on that link, looks like it includes a copy of xdeltaui even to patch it with (the xdelta family, sadly there are a few mutually incompatible ones, was a popular choice for patching format on the DS as the more vintage ones were showing their age and did not work well with how the DS works).
If you do not have a machine that works with xdeltaui then https://www.romhacking.net/patch/ might be more to your liking, though I have not tested it with this.

Crystal-mods only translated the menus. Last i checked blade2187 had done a demo patch for the game long ago which you can find on their site. It is still being worked on today.

That's probably the best thing anyone can do unless Namco decides to finally port this one on Steam. Until kajitani eizan is able to progress, i think the menu patch with a guide might do for those playing the DS version.

I just love this "Tales series"
played tales of symphonia on gamecube few years ago. One of the best experience. Great story and soundtracks

alright cool. Is my fav game. Played 100% once, and 3 times just the story. You can't compleet it 100% just playing once, it needs I think 3 gameplays to get there, because of some collecting stuff with different characters.. amazing adventure
