Give it a look over if you haven't already. It's basically a NDS extraction tool which allows viewing of tiles, text and other things using a plugin system. Neat stuff.

How do you open it? I keep getting the error message,
"This application has failed to start because bgd.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem."
