Right now I'm trying to translate a game and there's a file who's half english and half japanese. Whenever I try relative search(with monkey Moore) I get two different tables.
When searching for the string NPC, 7A=z but when it comes to japanese, I do get some katana characters with the same HEX value as before! How do I handle it?!

If you said what game you were looking at then we might be able to try something for it, however as none was mentioned then we will have to stick to theory.

What does the game do, as in what happens if you put those values in the game? Monkey moore (relative search) is just an assistance in finding a table, it is by no means the final word.

Also Japanese is not great for relative search (not exactly what you would call a set order in kana), unless you already know what you are looking for and are searching with hex values.
