Hacking System files are missing...

Everytime i try to play a game it starts to load it but then says system files are missing.
I downloaded akaio 1.8.6a and put it on but it says the same thing.
wtf is going on?

Re-install the firmware

I did a couple times actually
i downloaded 1.8.6a directly from www.acekard.com
i put the akmenu4 and the aio folder on the root of the card
is there something i'm doing wrong

Re-formatt with panasonic SD formatter
