Hello,

My sysmodule (sys-screenuploader) is not enabled on boot.

When I go into the Hekate Toolbox, I can turn it on, but after a reboot, it turns off again.

When checking in ovlSysmodules (which I also have to enable first in the Hekate Toolbox after each boot), the sys-screenuploader module is not listed.

The toolbox.json and boot2.flag files are present in the corresponding folder.

Does anyone know how I can make them start up automatically on boot? With my previous Switch, I had no issues with this.

See the attached screenshots for the files on my SD card.

Current system version: 18.1.0 | AMS 1.7.1 | E

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Hack job fix but try following for the toolbox.json:

{
"name" : "sys-screenuploader",
"tid" : "42000062616B6101",
"requires_reboot": true
}

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it's the same behavior with the edited toolbox.json you provided. :(

Try updating your tesla, because I see no reason why it wouldn't be listed. Even if I throw a toolbox.json into another folder and change the titleid + name, it should show up on tesla menu. Either your telsa-menu is out of date or your ovl-sysmodules overlay is out of date.

Oh and of course your ovlloader --> https://github.com/WerWolv/nx-ovlloader/
Thanks, I tried it. I even switched between your toolbox.json and the one I had before, but it still doesn't show up in the OVL-sysmodule overlay. The same issue occurs: by default, both the Tesla menu and Sys-screenuploader are turned off. When I enable them using the Hekate toolbox, they only stay on until a reboot, even with the newly downloaded files. Even when i enable sys-screenuploader via the Hekate toolbox it does not show at all in the overlay. Only sys-patch.

Edit:

I noticed that my Sys-tweak works as expected. I disabled it to check if it interferes with Sys-screenuploader, but even when I boot with Sys-tweak disabled, the same behavior occurs.

Last edited by Veralyn,
Is it worth a shot to completely factory reset my switch and do the CFW progress again?

Sorry to bump this thread, but does anyone have more ideas on how I can get them to boot up automatically?
