No, its only for Nintendo Switch (Likely due to the fact, its made around the Nintendo Switch's API .etc.)
You would much better off using a screen recording app.

It is now, there is an android app but I can't figure out how to make USB mode to work, only network

@Jerriv4 ,there is no Android app on the Sysdvr github page,only compatible with Windows,Mac and Linux.

Most Android devices support hdmi input adapters like capture cards

That would be your easiest solution

I have used that method before but using sysdvr USB mode on android seems like a better option. So far I haven't been able to get it to work.

You don’t need a full dock a basic usb c to hdmi adapter works well

I use it with my iPad so I can play on a larger screen outside

I thought using 3rd party HDMI adapters can mess up your switch. And what app do you use with your iPad?
