Homebrew Homebrew app sys-patch - sysmod that patches on boot

I was comparing one file in SD with a previous back up

config/sys-patch/log.ini file

one have this line in sdcard vs previous backup

noacidsigchk=Patched (sys-patch)
vs
noacidsigchk=Patched (file)

anyone knows about the difference?
On one the noacid patches was take care by KIP files on the other by SYS-PATCH sysmodule

I uninstall oc toolkit and every patches are yellow. Shoul they be green?

I can play NSP backups but some Homebrew games don’t, have error when loaded
Did you read the post https://gbatemp.net/threads/autoips-sig-patcher.574126/post-10448456 as I recommend you?

Yellow mean sys-patch didn´t need to apply the patch because is everything ok when SYS-Patch run last time, Normally is because you have KIP sigpatches applied BEFORE the console starts. So no problem at all.

Thank you, I have read some post of the thread but it's complicated for deep understanding
Maybe yellow is good at all although I thought I would need green

NSP games works by now, I start suspect with some home-brew games that doesn't work: Prince of Persia, Wolfstein 3D or Mahjong doesn't load and I guess if could be a patch problem

I have read about that sys-patch seems better than sigpatches but when I look that in yellow I imagine if there is a problem with some of that and need to activate through overlay menu (for now it is setup as "in the boot" that I think is normal)

Ups I'm seeking about the version of some home-brew compatible app. Looks like many of them are old and doesn't adapt to 18.1 FW, sorry

So, here's a new version of Sigpatch-Updater.
The urls direct to the new download links and the app is totally open source as always has been.

You can download it from that weird russian website:

And you can get the source code (and the app) from Bitbucket:

Thanks so much to @impeeza, @dogtygr, and @Blythe93 for helping me to compile it. Bear in mind I usually compile projects based on instructions and develop based on tutorials, and never in C, so this was a great learning experience.
A quick update, Sigpatch-Updater just got a DMCA takedown notice and it's gone from Bitbucket.
Gonna upload the source to the russian website when I get the chance. Sorry.

EDIT:

Here's the sauce source.

You can install those games with dbi installer and bypass the need to update.
Dbi installer doesn't work for me. Hasn't for a long time.

Does the current sys-patch work on the new fw 19? I know atmosphere isn't officially out yet, but I know there's test versions on ReSwitched discord server 🤔

I've already modded it to work, but will wait until AtmosphereNX is released so I can test it.

I just added a new entry for nocntchk - as this changed, new entry has the pattern: "0x.....1C0012.050071..0054..00.60", this should patch the correct offset.

I can’t find 1 piece of information how to install sys-patch. Anyone who can post a quick install tutorial here?

As far as I remember, Tesla overlay is needed only to see logs. Syspatch itself is a normal sysmodule.
Do you know if Tesla has sys-patch built in? Or know how I would go about installing sys-patch if not built in? I’ve searched for days now and can’t find any information. Appreciate any help
