It's all in the RetroNX Discord. As far as I know all Mariko Switches with Samsung or Micron RAM can reach 1996.8MHz without overvolting (which isn't supported on Mariko either). Hynix can only barely reach 1800MHz (so about 1790MHz or so).

got it, it works :)

I kept the standard clock in sys_sdrammtc.c (1862mhz) and right now it loops in memtesternx.nro to see, if its stable :)

is KazushiMe's method of overvolting RAM on Mariko safe? I know the Suite is in it's early stages (will probably stay there as it is no longer mantained anymore) but I'd like to try it out without killing/damaging my console.

It's proved to not be very helpful. It's safe up to 650mV as it's rated for that. (570mV-650mV). Someone got 2099MHz working at about 650mV and 2133MHz (only 33MHz higher) still wasn't stable at 850mV. So yes, it's safe up to 650mV. But does it help? Not much.

ah I see thanks, then I might as well not waste my time with it.
hope us Mariko users will see something truly working in the future...

Well it's the same thing Erista overvolts. It's just not as helpful as with Erista. Perhaps there will be another way to overvolt, but it's not really worth it for now.

is posible ram oc above 1600 on switch lite ? without overvolting
Yes. 1862 is generally safe (for corruption). It really depends on your RAM brand. You can use Hekate to check it. If it is Samsung, 1862 probably works without any problem, same for Micron. If it is Hynix, 1862 might or might not work stably.

You could try Kazushime's latest version with updated timings. Hynix even worked with 2133MHz. Unstable, but it worked. 1862MHz with those timings should work.
if corruption happen on saves or system? need to reflash? if so it will be nightmare for me installing 108 games (1tb) it tooks 18hrs

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
