Okay, I'm always downloading stuff like NES, SNES, Genesis, etc ROMs and I've noticed that there is some weird ass syntax they use with the following being common suffixes:
[!]
[b1]~[b3]
[01]~[o3]
The problem I'm having though is what the hell do they mean? I've tried google and can't figure it out.

It seems that [!] = "Final Version" (What a goddamn failure of a syntax)
[T-Country] = Translation (Fanmade)
[b0]~[bnumber] = Bad dump (Why the hell do they bother keeping these up?!)
[o0]~[onumber] = Overdump (Again, why, just friggin' WHY?! D:
